Our Ticketing Technology

We use industry leading Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Professional Services Automation (PSA) applications that let us manage and track history of all tech support incidents. Our service department has an initial response time of 15 minutes to any ticket that is received during our standard business hours. From there, we have a Triage team that assigns all tickets based upon priority. Our yearly average response time ranges between 6 and 8 minutes to ensure you get the service you pay for.

We have a team of technicians (support specialists) that are available during our posted business hours. These include service technicians and help-desk technicians.
