To be successful in this role, we’re looking for individuals who have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Designation in Computing and/or Business Admin/Comm
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an information technology/help desk environment.
  • Experience managing small teams
  • Self-managed
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and various software (please specify your experience in your application)
  • Excellent communication (written and spoken)
  • Experience in meticulous documentation and CRM and ticketing systems
  • Transportation (your own vehicle) as the job may require commuting within the Lower Mainland.
Compensation for mileage included.

In this role, you’ll be primarily responsible to:

  • Provide leadership for our support team
  • Assist management in strategic planning
  • Handle performance assessments, measurements, analysis and action plans
  • Manage projects
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts
  • Manage weekly IT meetings and on-call shifts

Details:

This position may require travel to client sites, therefore own transportation is required.
